As a Certified Public Accountant for Handler, Thayer & Duggan, Ms. Crane focuses primarily on tax compliance for small business corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, family offices and affluent families.
Prior to joining Handler, Thayer & Duggan Law Firm, Ms. Crane worked as a Tax Accountant in a local Chicago Public Accounting Firm. During that time, she co-founded and directed a payroll services company in the Chicago area.
Ms. Crane earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education Degree, with an emphasis in Mathematics, from Governors State University in University Park, Illinois and furthered her university studies at DePaul University College of Business in Chicago, Illinois, while preparing for and becoming a Certified Public Accountant.
She is an active member of the not-for-profit organization, ACT Foundation.
