Mr. Flynn is Of Counsel at Handler, Thayer & Duggan, LLC and works closely with the firm handling corporate and securities law, and retirement and estate planning matters. Mr. Flynn concentrates his practice on business transactions, providing advice and consulting services to businesses and individuals throughout the nation.
Mr. Flynn was head of Chicago operations and business development for Bluestar Jets, LLC, a New York City based air charter broker providing services to individuals and organizations on single use and open charter terms. Additionally, Mr. Flynn established his own securities brokerage business, Buttonwood Investments, which provides brokerage services, investment advice, retirement and estate planning and insurance services to businesses and individuals.
Mr. Flynn received his undergraduate education from The University of Rochester, State University of New York and Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts. He earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts.
Mr. Flynn is a member of the American, Illinois State, Chicago and Dupage County Bar Associations, as well as a member of the NASD. Mr. Flynn has appeared on the Fox Television Network-Chicago affiliate and has been featured in newspaper articles in connection with his aviation industry work.
