Mr. Manzano is Of Counsel at Handler, Thayer & Duggan, and works with the firm handling corporate and securities transactional matters. In addition to working with Handler, Thayer & Duggan, Mr. Manzano served as the President and CEO of EVO Knowledge. Previous to his role as CEO, he served as President and General Counsel of the Company. Mr. Manzano currently serves as Managing Director with PALI Capital in New York City, New York.
Mr. Manzano’s past experience includes serving as Managing Director of a high-tech strategy firm, where he provided operational guidance to early-stage technology companies. He was the Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs for a Seattle-based e-business solutions provider. In this role, he was responsible for engineering the company’s primary product integration alliances, overseeing business development efforts, developing corporate strategy and serving as the firm’s counsel. He also worked at a Chicago-based investment banking firm.
Mr. Manzano earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Finance Degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, studied law at Oxford University in London and received a Juris Doctorate Degree and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.
Mr. Manzano sits on the advisory panels of several technology companies, and is a past Board member of Chicago Youth Programs, Inc.
