As a member of the firm's Commercial Practice Group, Ms. Piraro primarily focuses in the area of transactional real estate law. In this capacity, she has represented both buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate, as well as developers in their acquisition and disposition of new construction projects. She has experience in drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements and related financing documents.
In addition, her experience includes forming corporate entities.
Ms. Piraro is fluent in both Spanish and Italian.
Ms. Piraro earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Finance Degree from DePaul University College of Commerce in Chicago, Illinois and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.
Ms. Piraro is a member of the Illinois State, Chicago, and Justinian Bar Associations and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association.
