Mr. Tsui serves as a Tax Associate in the Advanced Planning and Family Office Practice Group at Handler, Thayer & Duggan. Mr. Tsui primarily focuses on tax planning for individuals, closely-held corporations, and family offices. His areas of taxation expertise include international taxation and tax controversy. He is also experienced in handling tax compliance for multinational corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.
Mr. Tsui earned concurrent Bachelor of Sciences in Economics and Bachelor of Arts in History degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attained his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in Notre Dame, Indiana. While at Notre Dame, he served as an adjunct assistant professor in the university's undergraduate accounting program.
Mr. Tsui is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
